Homework for November 6th 2013 class

We have completed the following:

No chess class tomorrow . We will meet again on Friday November 8th.

1. We practiced more on two rook check mate scenarios. I have shown them how to keep king towards middle and attempt to attack the rook.
3. Scholar's mate(Defense and offence): Taught them on how to defend from players who do quick checkmates on others. Beginner players  always get checkmate quickly by the quick checkmate tricks (traps). The goal is to learn how to defend properly on those kind of scenarios.

Homework:

1. Keep doing two rook checkmates and other pending homework. I will collect the completed homework from every kid on Friday and I will correct those over weekends. I will return those corrected homework on Monday class. Please make sure to keep these homework in a homework folder.

2. Scholar's Mate offence and defense practice. Please show them these picture of scholar's mate again. I want them to understand the concept thoroughly.
