Today we have discussed the following:
1. How the different pieces such as Pawn, Rook, Bishop, Night, King, Queen to be positioned on board to defend it self and move freely.
2. Few checkmate scenarios.
3. How to draw a match and all the draw rules.
4. Rules of the square and how to promote pawn without being captured in P+K vs K end game.
5.Various Opening and Opening Response (The first moves)
We are entering into intermediate stage in chess.
There is no homework today, but kids are encouraged to keep practicing end game scenarios and promoting pawn to queen in P+K vs K.
Thanks,
Mr. Dash
